eMac Media Reviews: Is This Digital Marketing Agency Any Good?
A straight look at eMac Media, written from inside the agency. What we do, the clients we can name, and where hiring us is a bad idea.
This is a review of eMac Media written by someone who works here. Read it that way. What follows is what we do, who we do it for, the results we can point to, and the situations where hiring us is a bad idea. If you're deciding whether to book a call, the section on evaluating any agency gives you a fair checklist to run us through.
Who eMac Media is
eMac Media is a digital marketing and SEO agency based in South Florida. Windy Pierre founded it in 2014. We serve small and mid-size businesses across ecommerce, professional services, home services, and regulated industries like online gaming.
The team is small on purpose. Windy runs strategy and closes new business. I handle partnerships, revenue growth, and the second seat on sales calls. Princess Pitts owns editorial and communications. Everyone on delivery is either a specialist we've worked with for years or a vetted partner brought in for a specific engagement.
We don't chase enterprise logos. There's no bench of 40 junior account managers trading emails for six months before anything ships. What we build is the connected system most SMBs are missing, so every dollar spent on marketing has a paper trail back to closed revenue.
The clients and the numbers
The receipts are these:
- $50M+ in client revenue generated
- 291+ campaigns delivered across our history
- Operating continuously since 2014
Named clients you can look up:
- Tires Easy (ecommerce)
- Falcon Construction Services (home services)
- Casino.com (regulated gaming)
- BettingTop10 (regulated gaming affiliate)
That's the honest list. If you're evaluating agencies and see one flashing 30 logos on the homepage that they "worked with," most of those are one-off freelance gigs from six years ago. We publish the four we can defend.
We're based in South Florida and we serve local businesses across Palm Beach County. If you're specifically evaluating us for a Boca Raton SEO engagement, ask us directly about locally referenceable work. We won't invent a client we don't have.
What we actually do
Five practice areas. That's it. Nothing labeled "growth hacking."
1. Search engine optimization
Technical audits, on-page work, content programs, and ongoing execution. Managed SEO is the entry point for most clients. Businesses that already tried an in-house hire or a cheaper agency and got stuck usually land here.
2. Content marketing
Editorial calendars, long-form assets, distribution. This is content built to rank, educate, and get cited, not SEO filler measured by word count.
3. Digital PR and link building
We run digital PR and link building as one program. Real editorial placements. No private blog networks, no sketchy paid links, nothing that puts a client at risk of a manual action.
4. Web development
WordPress builds, Elementor, technical performance, schema, structured data. Sites we hand back to a client are sites we'd be comfortable inheriting ourselves.
5. AI search visibility
The newest practice area, and the one most legacy agencies haven't figured out yet. Generative engine optimization covers LLM citations, brand mentions inside AI responses, and the shift toward AI-mediated discovery. We built a full AI search visibility program around it in 2024, when most agencies were still pretending the shift wasn't happening.
Adjacent to the five core areas, we also run paid digital advertising when it fits the strategy, and local SEO for South Florida businesses that need the map pack.

How the work gets done
Two things to explain here. One is our operating methodology. The other is the underlying mechanism that makes it work.
The operating methodology is DRIVE
Five phases:
- Discover what's actually driving revenue today
- Research where the gaps and opportunities live
- Implement the fixes and new programs
- Validate what's working with real numbers
- Evolve the program based on what the data shows
Nothing exotic about it. Most serious agencies have some version. What separates a working program from a stalled one is the second layer.
The mechanism is a connected growth system
The reason isolated SEO investments fail is that they sit outside the rest of the business. SEO drives traffic. Traffic hits a page that wasn't built for conversion. The lead form is on a different platform than the CRM. The CRM doesn't talk to the ad platform. Attribution is guesswork. Six months in, the client says SEO didn't work.
SEO worked. The system around it didn't exist.
The connected growth system runs across seven layers: data, strategy, technology, acquisition, conversion, intelligence, optimization. Every channel feeds one measurement layer. Every dollar has a traceable path from first impression to closed revenue. DRIVE operates inside that system. That's the difference between a channel investment and a growth program.
Where eMac Media fits
We're a good fit if:
- You run a small or mid-size business, roughly $1M to $50M in revenue
- You want an integrated program, not one tactic run in isolation
- You've tried an agency before and got a report that never turned into revenue, or you've done marketing yourself and now need someone to build the system
- You plan in quarters and years, not weeks
- You want to talk to the founder on the sales call, not a business development rep
We work well with founders, operators, and marketing leads who have opinions and want a partner who will push back.
Where we're not a fit
We're not a fit if:
- You need enterprise-scale account management with dedicated PMs and weekly steering committees
- You're shopping for the cheapest option
- You expect keyword rankings to move in 30 days
- You want an agency that says yes to everything
- Your business hasn't decided what it sells or who it sells to yet
That last one matters most. If positioning isn't figured out, no amount of SEO fixes that. We'll say so on the first call.
What working with us looks like
First call is 30 minutes with Windy or me. We ask questions before we pitch anything. Most agencies do it backwards.
If it looks like a fit on both sides, we scope a discovery engagement or a full program. Discovery typically means a 2 to 4 week audit across your site, your competitors, your organic performance, and your acquisition funnel. Deliverable is a written strategy with prioritized recommendations and a projected roadmap.
Ongoing engagements come with monthly reporting tied to revenue, not vanity metrics. Communication is Slack or email plus a monthly strategy call. It's a strategy call, not a status meeting.
Contracts on ongoing programs are typically 6 or 12 months. SEO doesn't work in 30-day sprints, and we won't pretend it does [1]. If you need a project engagement instead, we scope those separately.
Prefer to start with a written audit before you talk to anyone?
Ask about the discovery engagement. You get the strategy document either way, whether you continue with us or not.
How to evaluate any agency, including this one
A fair checklist when you're vetting us or anyone else:
- Can they show you three real clients, and can you talk to at least one?
- Can they explain what would make them fire themselves if it wasn't working?
- Do they have a written methodology, or is it "we'll figure it out"?
- Will the person on the sales call still be involved after signing?
- Do they own the strategy and measurement layer, or just execute a task list?
- What happens in month four when rankings haven't moved yet?
- Do their case studies show revenue impact, or only traffic and rankings?
Run us through that checklist. If something doesn't add up, don't sign. Not with us, not with anyone.
The verdict
I'm not going to write "we're the best agency ever." That isn't useful to you and it wouldn't survive a laugh test with anyone who's shopped agencies before.
Here's the honest version. If you're a small or mid-size business that wants an integrated system built by people who've been doing it since 2014 across 291 campaigns and $50M+ in client revenue, we're worth 30 minutes of your time. If we're not the right fit for what you need, we'll tell you on that first call and point you toward someone who is.
The industry average CMO spends about 7.7% of revenue on marketing [2]. Whatever slice of that you're allocating to an agency partner deserves an honest conversation about what it will and won't produce. That's what the first call is for.

Five core practice areas: search engine optimization, content marketing, digital PR (including link building), web development, and AI search visibility (generative engine optimization for LLM citations and AI-mediated discovery). Paid digital advertising and local SEO run as adjacent services when they fit the strategy.
Small and mid-size businesses, typically between $1 million and $50 million in revenue. Client industries include ecommerce, home services, professional services, and regulated verticals like online gaming. The best-fit engagement is a business that wants an integrated program tied to revenue, not a single tactic run in isolation.
Pricing depends on scope. The AI Search Visibility program starts at $2,500 per month for the starter tier, $5,000 for the growth tier, and $10,000 for the authority tier. Full-service SEO and integrated growth engagements are custom-scoped after a discovery call, so we can price against what your business actually needs rather than a fixed package.
